We are delighted to be supporting leading provider of Financial Services as they look to bring in a Media Lead to lead a small team. This is one of a number of newly created roles and would be joining at an exciting time for the business. There has been a lot of changes recently which has provided them with less restrictions and opportunity to be more ambitious and more flexible as a team with this being a key hire for them.
It's a nice mix of strategy and hands-on delivery of managing both paid and organic search campaigns as well as overseeing a team of specialists.
This is a hybrid role working 2 days on-site from their lovely Edinburgh office.
We're looking for...
- Significant experience in creating and managing search strategies - both paid and organic
- Hands-on experience of managing a team of experts
- Excellent communicator - able to get your vision and strategy across
- Strong knowledge of PPC and SEO channels along with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager
- Experience in partnership marketing
- We're really open to sector experience here - you may be agency-side looking to make the move in-house or you may already be client-side. It's much more on the technical experience!

- Managing and developing a team of specialists
- Devising and implementing both paid and organic search strategies
- Working closely with external agencies
- Utilising data and reporting to influence campaigns
- Managing some very chunky budgets
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business
