Customer Transformation Project Manager - 12 Month FTC

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing resources to deliver projects that exceed expectations. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • Define project scopes and objectives, engaging stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Develop detailed plans and documentation to monitor progress, manage risks, and measure performance.
  • Apply operational tools to identify improvement opportunities and root causes of issues.
  • Set success metrics and track/report progress during and post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to align project requirements with development roadmaps.
  • Work with Insights, Analytics, Customer Experience, and Perfect Transaction teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalating issues as needed.

Location: Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with the expectation of 2 days per week on-site, w occasional travel to our central London office supporting flexibility.

The Person:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager with agile and product-led methodology expertise.
  • Experience in a large retail organisation, preferably with knowledge of retail and/or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with internal and external teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project success.
  • Comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments and an agile mindset.
  • Data-driven with proficiency in analysing multiple data sources.
  • Confidence in managing third-party service delivery and partner expectations.
  • Interest in health and wellness, leveraging digital solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and adaptability to change.
