Job Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen within a family owned Main Dealer group in the position of Service Advisor. If you like dealing with customers, and love the automotive trade, but your current employer does not value you, or you are looking for something a little less "PLC", this could be to job you have been looking for, do not delay, call Matt today!!

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet dealership customers
  • Be organized and efficient
  • Liaise with the workshop regarding customer vehicles
  • Update customers queries in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

  • Experience in the role of Service Advisor in a Main Dealer environment
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to upsell to customer needs

Salary and Benefits

  • OTE £38k +(Currently earned)
  • Basic salary £28k - £29k
  • 8am - 6pm M-F Monday to Friday - No Weekends
  • Main Dealer Training
