We are currently looking for a Temp French speaking PA to start in September. This will be an hourly rate of £25 hour and will be working two full weeks a month. This is a temp role which will continue for one year and is based in Bond Street.
The role
- Do & follow Office accountancy (Preparing & producing monthly expenses & documents for all office expenses following Finance Department procedures)
- Preparing payments
- Monitoring HSBC bank accounts for both Salaries & Expenses
- Monitoring Credit Cards, Payroll & Pension Suppliers
The person
- Fluent in French and English
- Have good administrative & accountancy skills
