Job Title: Machine Operator
Rotating days into nights
12hr shifts - Monday to Thursday
Over time after 40 hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
- Moving product from production line, wrapping, storing in warehouse
- Loading deliveries
- Loading raw materials to production line
- Working to production targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area.
- Participate in plant maintenance tasks to optimise equipment performance.
Key Deliverables:
- Meet productivity, quality, and cost targets with a conscientious work ethic.
- Identify personal training needs and strive for multi-skilling.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining and improving product quality.
- Maximise cost efficiencies by minimising waste and improving quality.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors at all levels.
- Assist in plant maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work across various plants and tasks.
- Positive and proactive attitude towards work.
