Are you a skilled CAD Technician with a strong background in Solidworks? Our client, a leader in the metals industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications from customers into SolidWorks.
- Develop detailed 3D models using SolidWorks.
- Program machines on the shop floor for tube processing.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CAD Technician.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Experience in the metals industry preferred but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
