An industry leading global organization are on the hunt for an experienced VIP, Guest services professional to join their executive services team in London. The ideal candidate will have exceptional service and planning skills, with the knowledge and experience to plan and execute, trips, events, dinners and more. An excellent knowledge of 5 *and VIP planning is essential. This may include Hotels, resorts or extremely high level of corporate service provision. The ability to be confidential and professional is essential along with flexibility with working hours which will be very well compensated for.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Junior Corporate Planner

o Logistics

  • Provide logistic support to executive and corporate management.
  • Planning and providing onsite logistic support to customers as directed by Division Head and Manager.
  • Coordinate logistical support for Board Meetings and ad hoc events and meetings.
  • Planning for and providing onsite logistical support for the World Economic Forum (WEF).
  • Ensure a smooth workflow by keeping track of deadlines (with the ongoing or incoming requests).
  • Coordinate appointment calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and schedule meetings as directed by customers during events and meetings.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Supervisor or President & CEO.

o Finance

  • Maintain organized filing system for any expenditure incurred i.e., correspondence, files, and other records).
  • Provide Business Assistant with information required to verify and process invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure and ensure that we create and maintain a comprehensive price analysis is done on a regular basis or in conjunction with the agreements.
  • KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Efficient work ability
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • Discretion, good judgement and attention to detail
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Very good organisational skills
  • Accountability
  • Creativity and Innovation
