Recruitment & Candidate Placement:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement of candidates.

Utilise various sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and job boards, to attract skilled professionals in the professional construction field.

Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the client's expectations and job requirements.

Strategy Development & Implementation:

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and business development tactics.

Requirements:
