Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity to lead our client's property management team in Ashford. As the Property Management Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business. This role offers a blend of leadership and hands-on management, perfect for someone looking to advance their career in property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of property managers, conducting regular performance assessments.
  • Compliance: Ensure the business adheres to the highest compliance standards and remains risk-averse.
  • Property Oversight: Manage property inspections, tenancy renewals, and maintenance issues.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Operational Tasks: Oversee deposit returns, resolve rental arrears, and process eviction requests.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in property management within residential lettings.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to create a positive team environment and develop team members.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of current residential lettings legislation.
  • Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle is required.

Benefits:

  • Earnings: Up to £49,925 OTE with commission.
  • £28,500 to £39,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • Up to £7,200 in capped commission
  • A further £3,725 uncapped commission target
  • £39,425 up to £49,925 complete on-target earnings
  • Company Car that can also be used for personal use, or a monthly Car Allowance*
  • Company Car: Provided, with the option for personal use, or a monthly car allowance.
