We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join our client's busy Internal Sales team.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can handle inbound customer sales and operational enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.

The successful candidate will be a key player in managing the daily functions of the internal sales team and providing support to our customer base.

Day to day of the role:

  • Answering a large volume of incoming calls with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Handling all customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Accurately raising quotations for price and availability on parts.
  • Taking sales orders over the telephone or via email and processing them in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Acquiring and maintaining a good level of product knowledge to advise customers correctly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is highly desirable.
