An experienced Building Surveyor is required to join a committed Property team in the Not for Profit and Charities sector, based in Liverpool. The candidate will manage surveying duties, ensuring building projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Description
- Conducting detailed building surveys and reporting findings.
- Day to Day surveying, occasional Damp & Mould / Voids
- Planning and managing building projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborating with the Property team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Ensuring all work adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Liaising with contractors and supervising their work.
- Providing expert advice to stakeholders on building matters.
- Preparing cost estimates and maintaining project budgets.
- Resolving any building issues that may arise.
Profile
- A proven track record in managing building projects.
- HNC / HND ideal
- Experience of Voids and Damp & Mould would be beneficial
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations and health and safety.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for surveying and project management.
