We are looking for someone who has a want and desire to work in a tech space, offering multiple solutions to your customers. Working alongside a team of Technical Customer Support, you will become an industry expert in your field. You will support the customer by answering technical questions on products and provide solutions to their issues. Full training is provided and for the right person this will be an opportunity to quickly excel in your role.

Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Technical Customer Support, you will be responsible for:
- This role is a mixture of inbound and outbound calling customers.
- Following up on enquiries made by the customer and helping them make their decisions on the technical hardware requirements.
- Understand your customer's needs and support them to make tailored solutions.
- Working with a variety of customers from installers, technicians and businesses.
- Ordering processing and support.
- Understand technical specifications and sell these products to an existing and new customer base.
Skills & experience required.
- Similar experience working in a phone environment.
- Ability to be personable, accountable and problem solver.
- You will need to have a proactive approach to your work.
