Due to the growth and success of the business, our client has created an opportunity for a Sales Account Administrator to join their small friendly team based in Wiveliscombe, Somerset.
The suitable candidate must like and thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and be able to look at the finer details.
This role would require you to deliver high standards of advice and customer service expected from a prestigous account.
Responsibilities:
The role will involve talking to and assisting customers from both sides of our B2C & B2B business to help process sales orders and provide customer service to the highest level.
You will need to demonstrate a strong professional, confident, knowledgeable telephone manner with excellent follow-up service to all customer's queries and needs.
You will need to sit naturally in a fast-paced environment and look to go the extra mile in all directions to meet the customers' expectations and to get the job done.
The Candidate
We are looking for a person who wants to learn and grow in a company with a great attitude and positive thinking. The person needs to have a flexible working attitude, able to work in a small, close knit team.
Qualifications:
Previous sales and customer service is a must.
Computer literate and have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, and Excel and interested in learning new IT systems as there will be retail packages and websites to get to grips with.
