We're passionate about supporting the long-term success of everyone we feed, and we love what we do.Food+ by Compass, part of Restaurant Associates (part of Compass Group UK&I) are looking for a passionate Regional Planning, Reporting & Analysis Manager - EMEA for one of its high profiles contract, a tech company based near Kings Cross Station - London.Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for influencing decision making, optimizing financial performance and supporting the achievement of business objectives across the EMEA region. You will have the experience and confidence to critically appraise information and ask challenging questions whilst looking at the bigger picture. Schedule:8 hours per day, Monday to FridayThe great things you will be expected to do:

    • Financial Planning
  • Lead the budget and forecasting process for the EMEA region, working with local Finance Managers to coordinate the regional process

  • Integrating and developing the tools and models used to forecast and budget

  • Streamline Financial Planning processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

  • Reporting

  • Responsible for consolidation & reporting of regional results across all 14 countries

  • Maintenance of central databases for the region covering Financial & non-financial data

  • Establish and maintain relevant, accurate and timely dashboard reporting on KPIs across the region covering financial and non-financial areas of reporting

  • Ownership of internal reporting ensuring that the right tools are used for communication

  • Production of Monthly and Quarterly results pack for relevant stakeholders, incorporating financial and operational information as well as commentary.

  • Analysis & insight

  • Supporting key stakeholders with ad hoc projects and analysis within the scope of the job as required across: Operations, People, Business Excellence, Marketing & Sustainability

  • Proactively looking for improvements and opportunities to add value and drive potential decision making.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to senior leadership as needed.

Required experience:

    • Degree educated and qualified in CIMA, ACCA or ACA
  • 5+ years experience in financial planning and analysis

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis

  • Advanced user of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in setting new standards for reporting & financial planning

  • Experience of working with non-financial teams to communicate and influence performance

  • Able to demonstrate gravitas as a functional expert and be able to explain complex ideas to Finance and Non-Finance colleagues

  • Results focused – responsive and delivers work on time

  • A "can do" attitude, excited about being a part of an evolving team

  • Basic knowledge of relational databases and coding languages such as SQL is advantageous

  • Previous experience in the consumer / hospitality sector is preferred
