Accountabilities

  • Supporting sales team
  • Grow Workwell International client and base and contractor numbers
  • Promoting Workwell International services to agencies
  • Develop and maintain agency relationships
  • Speaking to and signing up contractor referrals
  • Building interdepartmental relations within the Compliance team | Service Delivery | Contractors | Agencies | Back Office Team

Responsibilities

  • Always act in a manner which promotes the Workwell brand and reputation as the leading provider of compliant management solutions to the world's best recruitment agencies
  • Client relationship development
  • Account management
  • Providing agencies with solution information and quotes
  • Managing contractor referrals - introduction calls, introduction emails, follow-up, closing
  • Create and maintain database records (CRM/ In time)
  • Respond to ad hoc queries (contractors and agencies)
  • Obtaining new agency documents and fact finders and saving them in agency folders.
  • Sales admin duties
  • Supporting agency meetings
  • Daily reports
  • Keeping agencies up to date with solution developments
