Conveyancing Secretary

We are delighted to be working on behalf of our client, based in Warminster, who have an opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing?
Joining a well-established legal firm, you will be providing secretarial and administrative support within the conveyancing team. You will carry out dictation, open files, prepare and send correspondence, and arrange completed files for storage. With strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner, you will respond to enquires and liaise with a range of stakeholders.

What do you need to have?
You will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal environment. You will have confident IT and typing skills, and will be able to work to a high degree of accuracy, professionalism and compliance. With excellent time management and organisational skills, with you be committed to delivering a high standard of customer and client care.

Salary:
Dependant on Experience.

Hours:
9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).
