Assistant Management Accountant | £26,000 - £28,000 | Interim | West Midlands:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with an reputable Not-For-Profit Organisation in the West Midlands who are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to their busy team. The role is offered on an initial interim basis for 12 months to cover maternity leave in the team, and it offers flexible and remote working.
Duties:
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and yearly management accounts
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining the fixed asset register
- Prepare monthly journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide information and advice to budget holders in a customer friendly style
Experience:
- Experience working within the public sector
- Strong experience with accruals and prepayments and management accounts preparation
- Financial system experience with strong excel skills
- Immediately available or on short notice to start next interim assignment
