Head of Electrical Engineering – The Role:

The Head of Electrical Engineering will be responsible for leading the electrical engineering team, overseeing research projects, and ensuring the highest standards of technical performance and safety. This role requires expertise in both high voltage and low voltage systems.

Head of Electrical Engineering - Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring the electrical engineering team
  • Developing and implementing electrical engineering strategies and solutions
  • Overseeing the design, development, and testing of HV and LV electrical systems
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Managing budgets and timelines for projects
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Presenting findings and progress to senior management and stakeholders

Head of Electrical Engineering – You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Extensive experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on HV and LV systems
  • SAP qualification
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in electrical engineering software and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
