Key Responsibilities of the Collections Executive:
- Make outbound calls to recover outstanding payments in a professional and effective manner
- Handle inbound queries related to customer accounts and payment plans
- Offer tailored solutions that support both the customer and the business
- Take secure payments over the phone, updating systems in real-time
- Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all collections activity is fully logged
- Provide exceptional service while managing customer account queries
What We're Looking for in a Collections Executive:
- Previous experience in a Collections Executive, credit control, or customer service phone-based role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Highly organised with a detail-oriented approach to updating records and following up on actions
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other CRM or collections software
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated by achieving results while maintaining service standards
