As a Head of Dispute Resolution, you will lead and develop the dispute resolution department, with opportunities to cultivate niche areas of expertise.
Duties:
- Lead the dispute resolution team to deliver high-quality legal services
- Develop niche areas of law to enhance regional and national reputation
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain client satisfaction and billing targets
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role.
- At least 4 years experience in dispute resolution
- Ability to develop and nurture niche areas of legal expertise
- Proven track record of successful client engagement
- Strong organisational and time management skills
