Lettings Negotiator
Location: Headingley
Salary: £25000 plus £5000 OTE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating property lettings transactions, catering to a diverse client base. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate and exceptional sales skills. Ideally we are looking for an individual with a minimum 12 months Lettings experience however we may consider candidates from similar backgrounds such as sales or recruitment.
Job Summary:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the key point of contact for tenants and landlords renting properties. Your primary goal will be to match tenants with properties that meet their needs while negotiating and closing deals successfully. You will play a vital role in maintaining tenant and landlord relationships whilst providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
- Liaise with property owners to list new properties for rent.
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords.
- Manage the lettings process from initial enquiry to closing the deal.
- Maintain an updated database of available properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Stay informed about market trends and property values.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Administrative proficiency to handle paperwork and documentation accurately.
