Duties:
- You will be working as a customer sales advisor, conducting market research on the launch of a new product
- Handling highly sensitive information from customers and clients
- Meet weekly and monthly target KPI's
- Keep an accurate up-to-date record of any incoming and outgoing calls
Is this you?
- Previous customer service experience is necessary
- Must have an excellent telephone manner, verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently efficiently
- Polite and professional personality
