Regional Registered Manager

I am proud to be working with a growing Domiciliary Care provider that are looking for a Regional Registered Manager in Norwich. This opportunity offers the scope for developing 2 existing services, as well as opening new services across Norfolk.

Salary package:

  • £40,000-£43,000 (£50,000 OTE).
  • Yearly bonuses.
  • 33 days annual leave.
  • Minimal on call (paid extra).

Registered Manager Responsibilities:

  • To have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of your patch, reporting to the Area Manager.
  • To maintain and build on the company's relationships with stakeholders.
  • To lead on marketing the service.
  • To lead on recruiting new care staff.
  • To manage clients' care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
  • To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
  • To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager within a Home Care setting/Supported Living/Care Home setting.
  • Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Must be a driver.
