We're looking for an experienced
Data Manager
skilled in Arbor MAT MIS to lead data-driven insights that support data performance and improvement. This role involves analysing and managing data, developing efficient reporting processes, and supporting decision-making across their organisation.

Key Responsibilities for this Data Manager role:
- Manage and analyse school performance data using Arbor MAT MIS and other analytical tools (e.g., Excel, R, SPSS, Tableau).
- Develop Datawarehouses for use across the facility
- Ensure the accuracy of data that resides within the data warehouse.
- Work with the data team to ensure that the data outputs facilitate effective analysis
- Lead a team of Data analysts in creating and implementing data systems and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate findings through data visualisation and presentations for diverse audiences, aligning with educational policies and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a numerate field; an advanced qualification in statistics is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience using a variety of statistical software, Arbor MAT MIS, SPSS, R, Tableau
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
