We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join our welcoming, two-form mainstream Primary school in Ealing (W7). This is a full-time position, with a unique work schedule—every other week, you'll enjoy a 4-day work week, while still being paid for 5 days.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 3 students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to support individual learning goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student engagement and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive teaching practices across year groups.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student development.
- Participate in school-wide activities, meetings, and training sessions.
**Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Experience teaching within the UK primary school system, preferably at KS2.
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching, with a commitment to providing high-quality education and supporting students' development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
