Job Title: Construction Labourer
Location: Woking
Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: £16 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to, loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and assisting with demolition work.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers, and electricians as needed.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card is mandatory.
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred but not required.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Punctual and reliable with good time management skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
