Role: Conveyancing Paralegal / Case handler
Location - Hall Green
Salary - £20,000 - £26,000 DOE

Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with experienced Residential Property Assistant or Paralegals that may be looking to join a welcoming and growing high street conveyancing team with routes to training contracts or delving into new disciplines long term.
Being based locally to the Hall Green area would be beneficial or having knowledge of the commute would be needed as this role would see you based in the office 5 days a week.
The successful candidate will have the majority if not all the following experience:
- Setting up files including AML checks;
- Commission surveys and subsequent reports;
- Dealt with all aspects of sales and purchase transactions from first instructions to post completion filing of SDLT return at HMRC and registration of title at Land Registry;
- Liaise throughout with surveyors, estate agents, clients and other side solicitors;
- Attending client meetings (Video meetings at present)to take notes and to action matters arising
- Liaising with clients and other professionals to assist the solicitor team.
