Our client is a leading directly authorised Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) firm, renowned for its commitment to providing exceptional financial planning services. Due to the expansion of their client base, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paraplanner Manager to join the team and help continue to deliver outstanding service to their clients.

Position Overview:

As a Paraplanner Manager, you will play a critical role in our firm by leading, developing, and managing a team of 10 Paraplanners and Support Staff located across the UK. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality paraplanning services, supporting our financial advisors, and enhancing our client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of 10 Paraplanners and Support Staff to ensure they meet performance and professional growth objectives.
  • Hybrid Working: Embrace and promote a flexible hybrid working environment, fostering a collaborative and efficient team dynamic.
  • Service Delivery: Maintain high standards in the preparation and delivery of financial reports, research, and analysis to support advisors and clients.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure client needs are met, providing technical expertise and insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in paraplanning, with a strong background in financial planning and advisory services.
  • Previous managerial experience, with a track record of developing and leading successful teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning, Advanced Diploma).
