We have a current opportunity for a Sponsorship Sales Manager on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

You're currently selling in the events industry and hitting your numbers , however something just isn't right. Maybe you're not being rewarded financially as you should be, the culture does not sit comfortably with you or the Account Management team is taking your new business wins and reaping the rewards.

This organisation is global, and you'll be working for their 1-2-1 division joining a high-performing team of 25 sales staff. They are looking for experienced hires to join them and make a significant impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive event sales.
  • Utilise your track record in selling event sponsorships to consistently deliver results.
  • Focus on client retention and rebooking, leveraging the organisations reputation for hosting some of the best events in the market.
  • Benefit from one of the industry's top commission schemes, with uncapped earnings for monthly revenues exceeding £50K. Same rate of commission for rebooks.

Your experience

  • Track record in event sales, within events, conferences or exhibitions and ideally in the 1-2-1 meeting space
  • You'll thrive in a culture that values personality, results, and individuality.
  • Utilises outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email, cold-calling, networking and more.
  • Enjoys a non-micromanaged environment, where success is judged by results.

How You Will Be Rewarded

  • Basic salaries into the £50's
  • 10% Uncapped commission on monthly revenues for business written.
