Your responsibilities as the Client Servie Coordinator:
- Managing the customer order process, including inbound and outbound phone calls, webchat and email enquiries, and managing customer expectations
- Liaising with various teams to ensure smooth distribution processes, including order scheduling, managing lead times, and managing daily order allocations
- Assisting various departments ensuring collaborative communication and providing appropriate documentation and relevant paperwork where required
- Ensuring company standards are met and are in line with ISO regulations
As the Client Service Coordinator, you will have:
- Excellent customer service skills and an approachable, helpful manner
- High attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned,
- Experience with Sage 50 or Sage 200 (Desirable)
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
