About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing clinical support and services workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Providing expert leadership and mentorship to a team of Clinical Specialists.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for new hires.
  • Driving team performance through performance management, coaching, and development.
  • Analysing program outcomes and implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Investigating and resolving clinical-related customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and influencing skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, or Dental Hygiene/Therapy.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a clinical specialist or equivalent role.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively.
  • Proficiency in English and computer skills.
  • A willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
