About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing clinical support and services workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing expert leadership and mentorship to a team of Clinical Specialists.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for new hires.
- Driving team performance through performance management, coaching, and development.
- Analysing program outcomes and implementing data-driven improvements.
- Investigating and resolving clinical-related customer inquiries and complaints.
- Demonstrating strong leadership and influencing skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
About You:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry, Dental Technology, or Dental Hygiene/Therapy.
- At least 4 years of experience in a clinical specialist or equivalent role.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively.
- Proficiency in English and computer skills.
- A willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
