Liaison Officer
Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for a Liaison Officer to join a leading tier 1 contractor for a three-month period working on £300M framework.
About the role of Liaison Officer
This framework is a mix between refurbishment, new build, modular and more, so someone from a construction background is essential. This position is also covering a number of sites across the Bournemouth region therefore a driving license and vehicle is also required.
Responsibilities for Liaison Officer
Predominantly being the point of contact for residents and businesses, providing support and solutions to residents as well as making sure all surrounding residents are informed of upcoming works and how it may affect them.
Requirements for Liaison Officer
- CSCS card essential
- Driving license and vehicle essential
- Previous experience within the construction industry
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Ability to manage confrontation
- Strong written and verbal skillset
