People are at the heart of what we do. It's our aim to create an environment and employee experience, which inspires and encourages our people to do their best work. We spend a significant portion of our lives at work, and we believe it's really important to make this as enjoyable as possible. We're passionate about promoting a culture of openness, fairness, and inclusivity so you can be your best, true authentic self each and every day.

About the role:

As part of a wider digital transformation programme within the Educator Talent Solutions division, the Digital Product and Services team is looking to hire talented and experienced product management professionals to help accelerate the division's creation and adoption of digital products. Product Leads and Managers work closely with the SEG Technology Team, SEG Marketing Team and Digital Product Director as well as our SEG People team, Business Development and Operations teams to plan and support the discovery, delivery and continuous improvement of fit-for-purpose digital products.

The Product Manager role is responsible for driving increased value and efficiency from our 3-sided ecosystem of educators, schools and our own recruitment consultants.
This Product role is focussed on the internal recruitment consultant experience. It requires detailed immersion and understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by our frontline teams capturing bookings and matching educators to schools and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) up and down the country.

The products you will be working on include our main 'operating system' that c.500 internal staff use every day to onboard educators, manage bookings and match educators. This operating system is at the heart of the two specialist education recruitment businesses within ETS (Teaching Personnel and Protocol Education). These businesses are market leaders in their field.

The role requires positive collaboration across many aspects of the business to implement change - whether that be to operational processes, working culture or to the digital products and supporting technology our consultants use on a day-to-day basis.

Alongside the product activity you will work with our customer success, people and operations teams to drive business change and adoption of the products. In this respect, this is a unique product role; you'll not only be delivering market-leading tech products, you'll be driving transformational change in how our businesses operate, and developing the working culture that enables everyone in our staffing businesses to achieve.

About you:

You will be adept at getting under the skin of how the business operates to identify the core issues, work with internal teams to discover and design new solutions, and transition these into incremental delivery plans that unlock tangible benefits and drive more efficient, innovative and digitally-enabled ways of working.
