Salary: £26,000-£32,000

My client are a fast growing Microsoft Solutions Specialist provider who are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the service desk team.

This is a great opportunity to with one of the top Microsoft partner's in the world who have been in business for over 20 years.

For this position you do not need technical IT skills!

The ideal candidate for this role would need to have good leadership skills, friendly customer service, and be organised. That way, they can run the service desk team smoothly and give top-notch support to customers and team members.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and assigning tickets
  • Monitor the flow of support requests and incidents
  • Monitor and analyse KPI's
  • Triaging incoming tickets, assigning them to appropriate technicians
  • Maintain accurate records of service desk activities
