Registered Mental Health Nurse

Search are actively recruiting Band 5 Mental Health Nurses (RMN) who are looking for bank work across Lancashire.

Search is a Tier 1 preferred supplier agency working closely with one of the leading mental health trusts in Lancashire who specialise in secure, perinatal, inpatient and community mental health services. Covering Preston, Blackpool, Blackburn and Chorley.

We have regular shifts available on their in-patient wards, both sex acute wards, later life, PICU and a Mixed Assessment Units. Ideally you will be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per week. We will work around your availability and you can manage your own schedule, early/late/nights and weekend shifts are available.

As a RMN on shift you will be responsible and accountable for delivering outstanding care to the patients under your supervision.

Successful candidates will be passionate about the nursing profession and patient care. You will be enthusiastic and professional with a good work ethic and have the ability to adapt into the trusts friendly multidisciplinary team.

Requirements for the role:

  • Minimum of 150 hours of paid experience in the last 12 months working in/on a mental health hospital/ward
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Enhanced DBS
