Bar Manager
Popular, award winning and distinctly unique South Coast venue seeks a full-time, permanent bar manager.
Essential Criteria:
- Experienced, proven and capable of dealing with issues calmly and responsibly
- Willing and able to take the lead in delivering exceptional customer experience
- Passionate about serving quality drinks and providing consistent service standards
- Strong cocktail and drinks knowledge
- Driven to help grow the business whilst maintaining customer service
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable as working patterns and hours may vary to meet the business needs
- Willing to work every weekend (Mondays and Tuesdays off)
- A proven leader who will willingly train and bring on all staff to meet standards
- Responsible and communicative whether reporting sales, handling money, cleaning down after a busy service or ordering stock
- An independent thinker equally happy to work alone or leading a team
Salary of £30,000 per annum for a 40-hour working week, plus overtime @ £12.50ph.
