This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a close-knit payroll team where your contributions will directly impact the success of weekly and monthly payroll processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Support in the process of weekly and monthly payrolls.
  • Accurately process and verify timesheets, ensuring all data is correct.
  • Manage and verify new starter information, collaborating with colleagues to address any missing details.
  • Apply tax codes, student loans and other notices from HMRC efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing clear and timely support.
  • Generate and distribute self-bill invoices, remittances, payslips and client invoices.
  • Oversee the management of Purchase Orders and resolve any invoice-related questions.
  • Handle pension communications and manage file uploads with care.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc duties as needed, contributing to both finance and payroll teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with payroll systems is essential.
