An outstanding leading Property Management company is seeking a new Service Charge Accountant to join their dynamic team, due to continued growth in their portfolio.

You will be involved with reconciliations of prepared accounts and production of residential service charge accounts. Your strong communication skills will come in to play as you will be liaising with clients on all accounting matters as well as speaking with Property Managers with any financial queries.

Previous knowledge of Service Charge Accounts would be useful in explaining the accounts to directors, in AGMs or other meetings as required from the start... However, minimal starting knowledge is required as they have a fantastic training scheme in place which allows all applicants of all levels to be considered!

An ideal candidate would have an understanding of Leasehold property accounting and know what a Section 20 is. Knowledge of lease interpretation would also be beneficial.

A successful candidate would have demonstrable experience of double-entry bookkeeping with good literacy and numeracy skills.

This is a hybrid role where you will only be required to go into the office once a week!

Salary entirely flexible dependent on experience but sits at circa £30,000 + bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can always be discussed.
