Entry Level Administrator
Nouvo recruitment are working with a fantastic company based in Elstree and Borehamwood who have taken their industry by storm. As an Administrative Assistant you will perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Day to Day of the role:
- To support the whole team through efficient administration
- Supporting different aspects of the team and business to help manage workload.
- To manage the office stationery, equipment, and other similar requirements
- To maintain and generally assist with the portal system.
- Monitor and respond to the admin inbox.
- Liaising with clients via telephone and email
- Reporting and database management
- Reviewing paperwork and proofreading documentation.
Required skills and experience:
- A-level qualifications, college, or university experience
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the sector and company.
- Good understanding of Microsoft systems.
