Salary: 32,000- 45,000 dependent on experience

With a number of exciting projects in the pipeline they are seeking a passionate Architect to join their thriving team in Canterbury.
The successful Architect will have experience post part three qualification within a UK Architectural practice working on large scale residential and commercial/ education projects and proficiency in industry standard software.
Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- Arb registered
- Several years of post-qualification experience within a UK based Architectural practice
- Boast design flare and creativity
- Keen to input to company growth
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and other industry standard software
- Develop design concepts and detailed plans
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
- Contribute across the RIBA stages
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well within a team and independently
- Ideally have job running experience
- Thorough knowledge of building regulations
- Work to a high standard whilst meeting strict deadlines
- Live locally to Canterbury
