In this key new position you will play a lead and crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer engagement across various channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns to promote products, promotions, and events both online and offline.
  • Manage the organisation's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to drive foot traffic and sales through effective in-store promotions and events.
  • Analyse customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with external agencies and brand partners to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practises in omnichannel marketing.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment in messaging and customer experience.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in omnichannel marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behaviour.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
