eCommerce Account Manager - e-retailers FTC 12 month | Haircare
Candidates must be based in London but work predominately remote, office available
Global Travel required
£40-60k + bonus
Fantastic opportunity to work for a personal care brand that has an array of cosmetic products, specialising in haircare and skincare. This role will see you responsible for supporting the e-tailers in developing the brands positioning, specifically helping with the growth in Asia, US and Italy but you will work across 90 countries, with a key focus on c10-15.
This role will report into the Head of Global Ecommerce and requires someone with a minimum of 3 years in account management of e-tailers ideally in Beauty/FMCG space. Ideally the candidate will have experience working in the Asia market.
The Role
In this role you can expect to:
- Be responsible for helping the e-tailers globally manging their online sales.
- Create a centralized playbook for e-retailer strategy, to ensure brand consistency.
- Work with markets to help in forecasting promotions and quarterly targets.
- New Business Development, identifying opportunities of growth for the brand.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Comms team to ensure 360 brand approach to all.
- Conduct reporting of the accounts performance, identifying opportunities and threats to the account and making actionable recommendations.
You
- 3-4 years experience working in a hands-on sales role for an eCommerce business in the FMCG/Beauty industry.
- Commercially minded.
- Entrepreneurial manner
