Legal Receptionist - Hedge End - £22,300 - £24,000 Full time or part time hours considered -9-5.30pm Monday - Friday

We have a lovely opportunity for an experienced legal receptionist to work for a prestigious company based in Hedge End. Working in beautiful offices, you will be the face of the company, therefore you need to have a warm and friendly professional manner, and a can-do attitude.

The Legal Receptionist role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients attending confidential appointments
  • Answering the main switchboard and transferring calls to relevant managers
  • To take client payments by telephone and in person ensuring accuracy of details taken and payment amount.
  • To receive and check documentation and ID and ensure that information received is passed to the relevant person promptly.
  • Dealing with incoming faxes, post, deliveries etc. received on reception throughout the day ensuring that the intended recipient is correctly identified and notified promptly of faxes / post / deliveries received.
  • Taking messages from clients and emailing them to the correct department
  • Handling of confidential and sensitive paperwork
  • Typing up letters and producing reports
  • Other general administration

Key skills

  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Smart, professional and friendly disposition
  • Ability to juggle a busy workload and remain calm
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and build a rapport with people at all levels
