Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces that enhance usability and delight users
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless integration and usability across different devices and platforms
- Stay aligned with brand guidelines and company values in every design you create
- Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, process and results
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and others
- Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Ability to create user personas, user flows, and storyboards to guide design decisions
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams
- A passion for creating digital experiences that put the user first, with attention to detail
