Job Title: Senior Finance System Administrator

Job description: We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Senior Finance System Administrator based in Liverpool

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

2 days in the office, can be flexible

Duties will include:

  • Working with the Finance Systems Manager, assisting the development of a new system and providing system support
  • Maintaining, developing and reviewing the new systems processes, including starter, mover, and leaver process
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and testing to inspect issues
  • Managing stakeholder relationships with software suppliers, understanding stakeholder needs and providing excellent customer service
  • System administration tasks
  • Ensuring processes are in line with the financial regulations
  • Responsible for integration between the invoice software and the finance system prevent late payments
  • Updating and maintaining to chart of accounts

The successful candidate:

  • Experience of maintaining, developing and troubleshooting Finance Systems
  • Technical and communication skills to lead change
  • Excel skills
  • Outstanding business relationships skills with colleagues, suppliers, and system users
  • Proactive in suggesting developments and new methods of working
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience of providing training to staff members
