Housekeeping Manager position available in a luxury hotel in Falmouth.
Main responsibilities include-
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping crew to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and control costs to optimize efficiency and budget adherence.
- Ensure the correct is provided for all new crew members.
- Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas.
- Working closely with our maintenance team and ensuring all issues are reported to them promptly.
- Take ownership of the department rota
- Abide to the health and safety regulations as required by law
