Housekeeping Manager

Housekeeping Manager position available in a luxury hotel in Falmouth.

Main responsibilities include-

  • Lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping crew to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and control costs to optimize efficiency and budget adherence.
  • Ensure the correct is provided for all new crew members.
  • Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas.
  • Working closely with our maintenance team and ensuring all issues are reported to them promptly.
  • Take ownership of the department rota
  • Abide to the health and safety regulations as required by law
