Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a well-known organisation, on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner on a 12 month maternity cover.
This is a great opportunity for an HR Advisor who is looking to make the transition into Business Partnering, with a company that have a really progressive culture!
Duties:
- Building strong working relationships with Heads of Departments / Line managers
- Be a trusted adviser to Heads of Department to deliver improved performance
- Providing good counsel and pragmatic advice on people related matters
- Advising on employee relations, performance management and structure & succession planning
- Support the HR Manager and wider HR, L&D and Recruitment team to deliver key projects within the HR plan and People strategy to deliver continuous improvement across the generalist HR remit
- Support change initiatives from an HR perspective
- Monitor and work with L&D to improve compliance with statutory training in departments
Skills/Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified
- Relevant HR experience gained in large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of current thinking in Human Resources issues and trends and evidence of Continuing Professional Development
- Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model organisation, working with SLT to create positive business outcomes
