We are delighted to be looking for a

Purchasing Administrator (MRP Controller)

on a

Part-time (18 hours per week

), Permanent basis. It offers a competitive salary, and the role can be

hybrid

(60% office, 40%home) working after you have completed your probation period. The days and hours to be worked are negotiable to suit both parties.

This Purchasing Administrator role comes with a generous benefit package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata), Pension, discretionary annual bonus system and much more. The position is based in Witney. There is free onsite parking and good transport links.

Purchasing Administrator tasks to include

:

Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified requirements

Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules

Liaise with suppliers and other departments by phone/e-mail to resolve any issues that arise

Support import of goods into UK and comply with EU/UK regulations regarding import documentation

Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures

Work with others in the team to review opportunities for improvement

Experience required

for the Purchasing Administrator position:

Previous work in a Procurement team, ideally within manufacturing

Good knowledge of purchasing and commercial understanding

Previous use of SAP

CIPS or studying towards CIPS beneficial
