Job description: We are working with a number of law firms across the North West who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum.
You will be responsible for managing a mixed Residential Conveyancing caseload; sales and purchases; freehold and leasehold.
You will have a "can do" attitude and able to step straight in, working previously with claimant and respondent work.
You will play an important role in the team in helping to achieve objectives and in fostering team spirit; you will be personable and keep employer clients on board.
Salary: Negotiable
Hours per Week: 35 hours, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
