Insurance Team Leader | Account Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Location: Sheffield

The Opportunity
You have the chance to work with a well-established, multi-award winning, insurance broker. In an environment rare for the industry, you'll be surrounded by a team of people who are more friends than colleagues in a relaxed and energetic atmosphere.
The Role
Whilst overseeing a team of 3-4 account assistants, you'll be the main person in the office to handle commercial account renewals and new business opportunities. You'll identify client needs and provide thorough quotes to elevate revenue potential. Further to this you'll:
- Play a key component in developing the Sheffield team through progressing and motivating both new current team members
- Build the reputation of the branch though promotional efforts and attending events such as awards evenings
- Handling queries and complaints
The Ideal Candidate
It goes without saying that you'll have commercial insurance experience ready to hit the ground running! With a keen interest in the UK insurance market, and an outgoing personality, we want you to be passionate about the work you do. Further to the above, you will have:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with strong communication skills
- A positive and problem-solving mindset ready to solve complex insurance challenges
- Excellent time-management skills with a great attention to detail
